About the 71 series, they are all 14cm.

12 will spool faster but 14 will cool better on top end and pull harder up top.

Thanks guys. Dodgezilla definatly know how the truck feels with the stock turbo vs the 62/12. I think that I will end up going with the 12 housing if they are close to stock spool times. If it actually lights as fast I may go to the 14 instead. I can deal with a little slower spool as long as it isnt to much slower and puts out more air at say 10 PSI than the stocker. Maybe I should put the 14 housing back on the 12 valve and see what I think. The power levels are similiar now.

I was told that on my SPS6280(62/14), it pushes as much air at 3-4psi as the stock turbo pushes at 15psi.

97360 if that is true it is one heck of a turbo!!!! Guess less boost is fine with that sucker. I guess the next step is to decide between II or HTT. Thanks guys.

Aren't there some surging issues with the 62/14s when you are cruising??

I drove my truck stock today for a while.

It sucks (literally) feels like its sucking for air and more fuel...takes a while to spool but accelerates comparatively slow. With Crazy Larry it ROCKS! can't wait to see scary larry!

Cool. Maybe I'll upgrade when my turbo comes off.
97, I saw the TST there and actually considered it for a moment. I like my Quad box but I remember on the 03 that the power came on sooner than it seems to on this truck. On this truck both boxes seem to start fueling at the same time. Had I known that I would have just kept the TST. Maybe it's part of the turbo issue I'm having. If not, then...............
