Anybody running a 5" exhaust with firestone airbags?

I had MBRP duals on my truck, went to install my air bags, and they hit the exhaust pipes. So then I went to stacks. I'm tired of everything in the cab vibrating now, so I'm going back to a single exhaust. I'm wondering if anyone has had any clearance issues with 5" exhaust and air bags.

Good question. Been contemplating going to 5" and didn't even think about possible interference w/5" exhaust. Anybody out there have 5" exhaust and airbags?

No clearance problems here with the Magnaflow piping. It's a good 3" away from the air bag heat shield.

It's actually closer to the shock boot, about 1".

Not the greatest pics.

Thank you. I'm going with MBRP but I'll take my chances. I can always make some mods to it if I have to.

running the motoblue/flo pro 5" with no airbag issues. I had to rotate the pipes slightly to clear the B&W gooseneck. I have at least 6" of clearance between the exhaust pipe and the air bag.

Why don't you just put a resonator on the on the stacks? That'll get rid of the vibration and drone.

I had an mbrp resonator on them. I also tried them with a muffler. Just sick of the noise and the soot all over my truck. Yellow shows every speck of it and I couldn't hear the passengers in the back seat when I was on the interstate.

Yeah, well I like not being able to hear them. Most of the time they're girls talkin stupid . The louder they get, the louder I get!!! I feel you on the soot though, sure screws up a fresh wax job!!! I have a blue truck, so its not as noticeable, but its there.
