Not really sure what you are asking for, but here is a tire comparison calculator and the BFG All Terrain T/A specification chart.

a 315 is not necessarily a 33" or a 35", it just tells you how wide the tire is. when someone says the have a 315/70/17, that tells you that the tire is 315 wide, the sidewall is 70% as tall as the tire is wide and the 17 is the rim size. so if you had a 315/50/17, it wouldnt be as tall as a 315/70/17. with that being said i believe the tire you are talking about is a 33".

well a 315/70-17 is 34.4 short story long the tire is 315MM wide. the sideall is 70% of that. your wheel is 17. so 315 x .70 x 2 +17= tire diameter
33" is 33"
just use the coverters above.

how to do the math
The "metric" tire measurement works like this:
first number is the tire width in mm: divide by 25.4 do get width in inches
The second number is the aspect ratio (the % of the width that is the sidewal)l: so multiply the width (in inches) by the aspect ratio in decimal (ex .75). Now add the rim diameter and 2 times the (width*aspect ratio). and viola! The tires approximate dimensions in SAE units (inches).
Heres an example: 285/75r16:
285/25.4=11.22 inches
.75*11.22=8.4 inch sidewall
2*8.4+16=32.8" Tire diameter (varies slightly by wheel width ect. but gives you a good idea
