Shane and Chris thanks for the info about the CP3 mod I have the stuff gathered up and am going to do it in the morn. It seems almost sacreligious to be grinding and drilling on pump parts that dont even have 12,000 miles yet but if it will SMOKE I'll try it

you want smoke? smarty buddy. the hot version has less smoke and the smoke is more controllable. but the power is wicked!!!!! i will only use the hot for competition, i will be running the wild for aftermarket everything the rest of the time

HEy Girls hows every one today thanks for the smarty info I think thats next after the clutch.can you stack it with an EZ ? Is there a need? or does it do pump stuff to? Enough of that I did the CP3 mod this morn its super easy just like its been explained. I wont go into detail but the grinding and drilling were the easiest part the only trouble was dropping a bolt and looking for it for 20 mins. It has more bottom end and a little quicker throttle response and more consistant power through acceleration. I cant imagine what a difference it would have made if I had a real chip. GO FOR IT Shane.

Not really its pretty straight forward T25 for the FCA and T30 for the gear pump Make sure and use good torx bits as the bolts are soft as Im sure youve read. You probably have a conversion chart, I didnt the for .130" hole 9/64 is the closest bit for the .160" hole 5/32 bit. I read where someone drilled the rivets out with a 3/16 drill bit I used the 5/32 drill bit and replaced the rivets with 6-32 machine screws they fit perfect. From the time I started getting out tools until all cleaned up was about 2.5 hours but I really took my time and polished the valve well I didnt want any surging.
