I just saw that hood for the first time in this months Diesel Power magazine. It looks great. I was originally going to go with the SRT10 hood but I think this one looks even better. Who is the manufacturer? Who carries them for sale and how much $$ ?

 

I believe it's Suncoast Creations. I also believe the price is around $1k too!!! too high for me

Does anyone know where you can buy a cowl hood like the one they put on the GTX trucks.

 

Yeah i agree it looks much better then the srt hood, plus you dont see it too often either. i got mine for under 1k. Thats case our dollar (canadian) is higher. Look up suncoast ram air on the comp.

I agree that it's different but I have to disagree that it looks better than the SRT10 hood. It's just novel because there aren't too many around yet....
I think it actually has a functional ram air system available for the CTD though....
