It goes in the intake tract, before the turbo. Whatever "swirl" effect they think they can give you, the turbo is certainly going to disrupt and completely eliminate.

those aren't designed for turbo applications, the turbo in itself is doing the same thing so wouldn't do anything differant, might just suck all the guts of it into the turbo.

Id be a more than a little bit cautious of anything that offers 31% gain on fuel economy and 16% gain on power for only 9.99. If this thing works then I think all the programmers on the market should price match and go for at least 50 bucks or less.....

You want the air flowing straight and smooth, not spinning and doing who-knows-what. Yes, under a carburetor they have advantages because you're mixing the fuel and air together at the same time. On a dry intake, you want smooth air flow.

I knew I should have never posted this. LOL. The only reason I did is because under the users rating, he has sold several to diesel owners who left possitive feedback and said it worked. I didn't know how it could work. Like posted above, I would be more concerned about it getting sucked in the turbo.
