Hey everyone, I finally got my APPS issues resolved and now Im looking to add a bullydog power pup to my girl. My question is this, on my 03 with no other mods is there anything I need to do before I add the power pup? I have been searching the forums today and no real straightforward info on an unmodded 03 about this. I bought a BD pup online and it will be here saturday hopefully. I dont want a dragster or anything just alittle more HP and fuel economy. That being said is there anything I should do before I install the pup? Thanks gentlemen, any help is greatly appreciated.

 

I should ammend this post by adding that I also bought a pyrometer and a boost gauge that I'll install next week. I'm planning on building a "*****'s whistler" intake too. Thanks again, in advance.

 

The best mileage I ever got with my truck was when it was 100% stock but the only programmer I've tried is the BDTD. I just got a Quad X@ for pressure which is sposed to help mileage but I haven't had time to install it yet and I'm not holding my breath.
It's a lot more fun now though!

I see you have an auto, I'd get a tranny temp gauge for sure, especially if you tow or haul a camper and maybe a fuel pressure gauge..?
