Thats a pressure sensor from the 6.7 engine. It is calibrated higher so the ECM is fooled into thinking the pressure is lower than it actually is.

LOL

Apparently it's from SP Diesel. I wouldn't touch it.

I did a -email inquiry and this is their response. Since this sealed sensor is apparently taken apart and secretly modified, I wouldn't touch it either...

Dear cdennyb,

programmer is merely a search term. It has nothing to do with a powerstroke. as far as what it does, we do not disclose exactly what we have done with the ASICs in the transducers but there are significant modifications from the stock. it is not snake oil. Check the feedback. We don't sell snake oil and I would suggest you research who is selling what to determine what is and isn't snake oil.

- spdiesel Did this answer your question? If not, let the seller know.

With that reply I wouldn't touch SP Diesel products with a 10' pole. Nor with anyone else's pole.

SP Diesel was banned from this forum ages ago, I would not touch anything those guys put out for ANY reason.

These guys are such big crooks they actually "cyber squat" on our web address You can see for yourself by going to www.dieseltruckresorce.com they left the letter "U" out of the word resource

What a bunch of Maroons!
