aluminum wheels all the way around on duallys
I have a question for everyone running aluminum wheels on their duallys.
why can you not run six aluminum wheels, all the way around? the new dodge with the alcoas dont and u cant run the american eagle ones either. but why will american force sell you all six? are the Am. force strong enough to hold the weight and the other brands arent? im just a little frustrated cause i cant wrap my head around it> any input will help thanks everyone in advance

most of the reasons are the stock studs aren't long enough to properly engage the outside nuts.
I guess some wheel mfgs make the center hubs thinner than others.

most likely the studs, stock studs are not strong enough to hold two aluminum rims as it puts the clapping nut out to far to support the weight. As for American force the adapter uses much larger studs. And if you use American force watch witch ones you buy, my friend had just replaced both front rims as three of the spokes cracked right through, brand new used, one summer!!
