AirDog problem

AirDog problem
Well I intalled the airdog 150 30psi and it was really noisy but tightend up all the fittings and it has quieted down. Now my problem is that when going full throttle the truch coughs and sneezes and sounds like its running out of fuel. And then it died on me at a light. The tank is full and I dont know whats going on. Airdog said I might be putting too much pressure to the CP3 and blowing the relief valve. I really need help with this. Thanks

Change the spring for the regulator and see how it does. Thread sealer on those fitting will make it barely audible when you first turn the key and the engine is not running.

Did you run the line directly in the CP3 or did you run the line in to the fuel filter cannister?

If this pertains to the truck he has listed (2006). You must install a suction tube. You can not pull fuel through the in tank pump that is used in the 05-up Dodges. Let me know if I can help.

I had a similar problem with my install and it turned out that I had ran the return to tank line to the CP3 instead of the supply line. If the fuel lines leaving the airdog dont cross (the front fitting goes to the tank the rear fitting goes to the CP3) you have the two fittings interchanged. I hope this helps!!!
