AD100 good to about 550hp
AD150 anything over that!
Now if you have the fuel pump in the tank and not on the filter housing you might as well get the AD150 becasue the install is the same for both.

... unless you use a Liberty canister. With the 100 you can take your feed from the feed of the Liberty but you'll need to plumb the return into the canister as well or you'll have issues when you're low on fuel.

I had a brain fart and forgot about what you did to that liberty canister!!!

Either go with the fraw straw in the tank (and cross your fingers you get the length just right) or mod your canister (or a new Liberty) with 2 draw straws like 53willys or Festus did.

If you pull the bed instead of dropping the tank when you cut the draw straw you can get a more accuarte cut. I have had no read no low fuel problems with my AD 150. When you drop the tank you bow it so the straw does not fit or cut right. When you pull the bed the tank bottom stays flat better cut on the draw straw.

Ya i plan on pulling the bed. I was just saying as i have done ALOT of reading on the installation and hear alot of versions of installation, and jsut curious... installing the return line in the fill up tube, and then installing it in the canister.. how to plumb the pickup... i just basically want it to work efficently, and not have any problems... I very rarely let the fuel level get to 1/4 tank.. but i would still like to avoid the 1/4 out of fuel problem... so..

If you're drawing from the tank the return can go to the filler neck, if you draw from your canister the return must be plumbed to it as well.

The Liberty has no pump so you can use it's feed to the AD100, but then I found out I was sucking it dry when low on fuel and I had to plumb the AD return into it.
You can't use the factory feed for the 150 though, it's too restrictive.
