Can't you install your old electric twin pumps for the BD event?
Would be good to have your truck (as well as you) there....I was looking forward to seeing the latest cool stuff you've added!
X2 on the big Mitusa.

That's a bummer Rob. You'd think a company would step up and make stuff happen by getting you product crazy fast so that their name could be benifit also. But i guess they are the smart ones and we don't know what we are doing.

Yes, Opie has a bracket to mount the pump near the second CP3. The whole reason I did the AD was the Mitusa would not work because of my Fluidamper. Nothing like doing things 3 times over
I ordered one through Tim...

dang dudes... AirDog comes on here to try and help and you tear into him. Yeah, some of us know what we're doing but, we don't have the R&D equipment Pure Flow does. If they claim is flow x psi... that's what it does.
Maybe the reason I don't have the issues you guys are is I DID run 1/2" all the way. It's not much of a restriction but, by going to 3/8" you cut the volume down. I'm not saying that's your problem but, there's no need to claim a product is trash because you think it's not keeping up. As it was mentioned... the 2 trucks in question here are far from the norm. Maybe you do have fuel issues and if so... that's your fault for not anticipating the amount of fuel your were going to need before your trucks got where they are in HP.
Pure Flow has been making pumps for OTR trucks for a long time. I do think they know something about what they're doing. When a vendor comes here to try and help and gets what you guys gave him... I wouldn't blame him for not trying to help again. Like my mom always said... you get more with honey than you do with vinegar.
Did you know the Stuckey's ( the Green Machine ) truck runs an AirDog ? None of our truck are near as fast or use near the fuel that truck does.

It is not a restriction...look at the math I just did....
MASS FLOW RATE will be maintained because the combined surface area is equal or larger in my case.
I like my Raptor...alot. I am just trying to figure out what is going on...
Maybe I am really using all of that fuel...or maybe I am not?
Maybe the OEM filter canister is a bigger restriction than anticipated?
Has enyone disected one to see what the passage size is? Flow numbers?
Things to consider...but my INSTALL is not.

have you ever seen Pure Flow at a event. They have a whole system set up to show everyone what exactly is going on when pumping fuel through the system. All it takes is a slight bend the wrong way in one of the lines to cause air bubbles to start moving through the system. It's called cavitation and effects your volume.
You could be right in that you need something more because of the HP you guys have. Even though you're drawing the psi down to where you are... you still have psi and not zero psi. All the CP3 needs is constant psi which you still have.
The holes in the stock filter are 12x1.5mm just like the CP3.
I also have a modded rail which may or may not be making the difference but, I sure haven't had the problems you guys are.
The Mitusa is a great pump but, it's not giving you the filtration the AirDog is. I wish you luck though in finding the answer if it's really effecting your performance.

Whoa whoa whoa... Sorry fellas. Not blaming it on you. I apologize if it came off like that. I wont make an excuse for any problems. On the 2 lines 3/8", I apologize. I didnt think that through. Early morning and busy. When and wherever I posted about the installers fault. I wasnt directing any of that towards you guys. Just saying in the past on alot of the "pump" problems. We find its an install problem and the system is pulling air. I addressed the person with 900+ HP and told him that the pump probably isnt big enough. One thing to try would be to drop the pressure and gain some volume. The person with the 100 i spoke to said he has dynoed more than 550 hp and is using a 100. I asked the reason he chose a 100 and he said he didnt want to have to drop the tank. So I cant give much help for that one. The pump is keep up with its ratings. Please dont let anything typed mislead to finger pointing. I will NEVER direct anything negative towards you the customer. Again I apologize if any of that was misleading. Please ask if I have not addressed one of your questions. My cell is 573-694-5155 if anyone has questions.

I mean the internal pasages of the filter housing...not just where the adapter threads in????
They are way smaller I bet and they don't have a 5 hp CP3 pusing fuel through them...they have a Raptor 150.
I understand cavation...and have very long smooth bends.
Got to run...there is more to discuss later.
