Wise ones...not sure how I could have messed the install up.
As I said I flow tested the pump and it flows the corrects volume. I did not flow test with pressure, so I cannot confirm this.
I run 1/2" lines to both CP3's and my bottom pump is a modified stage 2.
I'm supposed to compete next week and cannot afford this PITA.
Pump sounds normal to me.

The install is not the problem. It has the down spout that was sent with it. I put a Y right after the AD and ran 2 lines up to the pumps (one for each pump). The AD is nice and quiet like they should be (like the others I've heard).

I am running 40 psi because the pumps like it. I'm not running d-max pumps, so the pressure won't mess with the bottom end. Just to let you know, the truck is making over 900 on fuel.... So i am using a ton of fuel.

Ah come on Mark.... Not normal? Okay, I'll go with you on that one.

How do I change the pressure in it? It was setup at 40 psi from the box. Is there a spring or shim to replace.

Actually it has been proven that increased pressure to the cp3 can increase power and help maintain rail pressure. Ask RC *** about it. I believed he picked alot of power by ramping in the pressure.

Also, if the pump is set at 40 and trying to maintain it, how would dropping the start point help. I'm getting down to almost 5 psi. If the start point was 20, wouldn't it be worse?

I'm thinking the flow rates are based on a open test. In order to flow 150gph at 18psi this would take a wack of current. Not sure this is the case, but would make sense considering my problems.
