1/2" line from the tank to the pump. Flow tested at 2.5 gallons per/min, 1/2 tank of fuel.
Idle pressure 18psi...I can drain the pressure to zero in 4th gear. I totally run out of fuel in fifth causing engine to power out.
Dual pumps, big Flux sticks, Smarty TNT-R on 5
Not impressed...pump has 600 miles on it/
Christian and others what is happening

Dude, mine can't keep up either. Just on dyno runs it drops way low and mine is a high pressure AD150 (40 psi). I probably have 20 miles on the dyno and probably 5 miles on the road.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not mad about it at all. I using a ton of fuel.

lol.... I asked to have the AD 250 and they told me I would never use that much fuel...... hehehe..... I am. My friend Matt was telling me that on some of the crazy 12 valves, they are running a AD 150 and then a raptor also.

How much hp you guys' pushing? I have the AD100 and works fine, but then again my truck lightly modded. Isn't the AD150 should or able to be good up to 1200hp (atleast according to thier website)?

I would question issues with the install or possible problems with the pump. I'm running as much fuel as you guys or close to it and have not seen my fuel psi drop at all using the Raptor... maybe a psi or 2 and the AirDog is the same pump

Oh boy!! Where do I begin?? Im just going to address them all as one. Give you a little info on some other trucks that lead me to believe also that you have an install problem. Troy Wakeman runs an AirDog 150 on his sled puller with no issues. He runs dual Cp3's as well. And a very hard running truck. Are the systems loud? If so, how loud? Is it a mechanical noise(metal to metal) or a sloshing noise. I know im missing a couple things so I am going to refer back to the posts.

Why are you running 40 psi on a cp3 is my question?
