Air Dog 150, fuel gauge inoperable day after install

I installed the Air Dog fuel system and my fuel gauge worked fine for one day after the install, and now it is pinned on fuel. Any suggestions?

Also would a 30psi or 100psi fuel pressure gauge be needed?

30 psi is more than adequate

There have been a few times when I notice my mechanical fuel guage reading a little on the low side. I simply add more antifreeze to the guage side of the isolator and problem is solved. I'm assuming you have a similar setup?

I am not following exactly what the problem is due to lack of detail but here is a recent experience I had with a pinned Autometer tranny temp gauge.

I installed the gauge a few days prior to installing the sender in the line. After installing the sender and hooking everything up it did not seem to work at all. Then at some point in working on the transmisison and lines the gauge went as far as it could go to the right and stayed pinned there against the side of the gauge. A quick trouble shooing call to Automer while I was at the Jeep revealed that it appeared to be a grounding issue and that not having good grounds or the sender hooked up will cause the gauge to max and pin.

The simple fix (straight from Autometer tech).....unmount the gauge take it in one hand and toss it to the other sharply like flipping a baseball back and forth from hand to hand. The sharp abrupt stop unsticks the needle and it goes back to its normal operating range. After unsticking and rechecking all grounds it was good to go and works flawlessly now.
