Aftermarket headlight assembly's that work

I am looking for some replacement headlight assemblys that perform better than the crap stock ones. There are quite a few projector types that I have found but most of them have the little led doo-dads on the bottom edge and they all look way to ricer for me (I'm not into bling), yes I could just not hook up the leds. But at $300 a pair I want to get some that actually work and are adjustable. My stock light don't adjust left and right, only up and down and I get flashed routinely while on dims, because my drivers side is aimed a bit toward oncoming traffic. Besides the light pattern on the stockers is terrible. I have tried the silverstar types of replacement bulbs and hate them.

So what would you fine gents recommend??

well, being a guy who bought them, they worked terrible and they burned out in a hurry. the worst part is the lights are built into the assembly so you just can't pull them off and get a new set from autozone. so i am back to the stockers.

I replaced my stockers with those cheap halo lights and couldn't be happier... I have not done anything to them other then hook them up and aim them... I haven't even replaced the cheap-o H1 bulbs that came with them and they are still performing flawlessly... they are 5x's better then the factory lights and having seperate high/low bulbs makes them even better and easier to aim correctly...

If I had to do it again, I wouldn't go any other way... I thought they would look to rice for me also but after installing them I am very happy with the look and have gotten many compliments on them...

Got mine on E-bay for like $120.00 for the set, but shipping was like $40...

They now have about 30,000 miles on them and look as good as the day I got them...
