AFE fuel filter
does anyone know the specifics on these? http://www.xtremediesel.com/afeprogu...e44-ff003.aspx i've heard that afe has a 3 micron drop in filter and was curious if this is it. also is 3 micron good enough filtration? i know that 2 is better, but is 3 ok?

The smallest drop in for factory cannister I knew of was a 5 micron Baldwin I use before my 2 micron Cat or Fleetguard filter. I would be interested in using it. Doesn't the FASS have a 2 micron setup with it? Sounds good to me, can't get your fuel too clean, especially with the HPCR & sandblasting effect inadequate filtration has on our injectors. Maybe someone will chime in that has used one. Or - - get one and let us know how you like it.

Yeah, I know what you mean, I want to send my Smarty to get upgrade too, just orderd a steering sector stabilizer from XLR8R, among other things. Getting a stripe job finished this week, I hope, DOES IT EVER END?
