I love it. I had the BHAF with the turbo air guide(TAG), The AEM works slightly better than BHAF imo. I also having sitting in my shed the Scotty III. Out of the three I like the AEM the most. What I did was install the AEM and use the outerwears water resistant prefilter. I then removed the rubber shield on the pass side of the radiator (same with the BHAF). Lots of cool air and no problems with rain or snow. The egts are much lower now it hard to hit 800degrees while merging on a highway. The new filter is reusable and requires no oil, which is why I'm not using my scotty III. I tend to over oil which shows up in the tube. One thing is for sure you will have to get use to the turbo whistle, boy it is loud.

For $60 the BHAF is a no brainer! It has three times the surface area, and is 1/4 the $$$$. You'll probably get the same benefit from any of the available systems out there, but for $60.....why not try the BHAF?
Cheers

Around $219.00 at the RPM outlet, seems to be the cheapest price I could find. Another problem with the BHAF is it hits the top of the hood and has damaged the insulation. That even with removing the pass side plastic piece that the stock air box fitted into. If only the BHAF wasn't such a BHAF.

I have an AFE Intake with the PG7 filter. The AEM system looks pretty good IMO. They offer the replacement filter seperately, so I am thinking of ordering that and replaceing my PG7 filter. The only issue is that it is an inch longer than the AFE, so it may not fit.

I like the idea of a dry filter that can be cleaned. The maintenance of the AFE, or any oiled filter is a PITA. The only info I have is from the AEM website, but it looks like a quality air filtration system. I think the AFE is top notch too, but if they AEM will do the same job, without oiling, it would be the way to go IMO.

So far I like it very much. On this same web site you can order just the filter. Price is the lowest I could find.

Pic might be a problem but I think my truck may qualify as a third generation and I was being honest.
