ad 150 ?s
i think i might finally start turning the truck up again its been stock all winter i just didnt feel like putting 1 in when its a high of 10-20* outside. iam going to buy a FP and RP gauge's prolly isspro and the airdog 150 so it all gets done at once. my question is what is the best option now as far as the 1/4 of a tank issue. i have done some reading and i have seen the liberty mod and this new vulcan straw that ses it cures it and i remeber reading something about airdog makes a cure. im just lost on what to do now i just want somthing thats easy that i wont get issues from that i wont have to worry about how much fuel is in the tank. so what is the best idea right now for 2006? thanks, Tom

I modded my Liberty for my AD100 install, now you can get the parts to mod yours directly from AD I hear. I wonder why they don't show in on their website though?

Do a search on the ADII. I think tritont posted pictures of the new AD cannister mod. It looks like it will do the job and I'd bet it comes with step by step instructions as well as all the necessary hose and fittings. Or you could go with the new Vulcan modificatio. Or, there is a member here, can't remember the name, that sells a modified cannister that is a drop-in replacement.

Well, if you don't want to wait, check out this link, it mentions the Vulcan mod and the modded cannister from Chris Brahs.

I had my AD 150 installed and pulled the bed instead of dropping the tank. I have had no problems with the 1/4 tank issue what so ever. I have put as much as 35.4 gallons of fuel in the tank (i have the tank vent mod) so I was just a hair above the E on the gauge.
