Ok, I have the "rest of the story":
The best runs back to back were 722 HP. One right after another. All runs were uncorrected and @ sea level using a DynoJet.
Mods: Single 66 turbo, dual pumps, Helix 2 and springs, TST, F1 pressure tuning/box, Flux 4's.
All runs were Diesel only.
Get this, it made 530 HP on just injectors!! No TST or Downloader.
EGT never got over 1250! No water injection yet.

Tried 8 runs tonight, all were over 675 rwhp on #2 . Best runs were on Crazy Larry, tst 4/1 and Dons press box half way up 721.xxhp. It is only building about 40 lbs of boost on the dyno and I am having a problem with my BDDL, so there is more for sure. I have a new smarty coming in tommorrow with the aftermarket turbo and injectors program in it I want to try. With 2 stock cp3s it was able to maintain 25k of rail press with flux 4s and all the boxs on. I can only imagine with 2 of Johns pumps what we could run for injectors. Tim

Wastegate creep might be the culprit on the low boost issue. Higher backpressure than last go round on the dyno is certainly a factor here.
Packing all that fuel in there is makng much more CFM of exhaust and I bet the gate is trying to blow open too early. I had this problem on my old HX55 back in 2002. Dang gate would blow open the further I slid the rack forward and gave it fuel and added backpressure. As soon as the rack went back a few millimeters, the gate would respond correctly.
Tim, you have busted your tail on this truck. Great job Man!

Thanks Don, you had a lot of input in the truck. I need to get the boost back up to 50 or so and I guess a little more testing on the 4s and we will be trying for flux 5s. Tim
