Theres a good reason so many of us run the Smarty.. Besides the performance its the support. I myself have never seen any PPE folks on here helping anyone. That goes a long way in my book to who earns my money.

You may be right about one part thier Not big on cust. support yea IF you get one on the phone they will answer your questions. But thats bout it, but dont doubt the power. The smarty and cust. service looks impressive as thier must be ten thousand of you on here with it now. And the power seems to check out, our trucks 04.5 up do about 280-285 to the ground. your tuner says 170 rw, thats 450. Sounds like about what is normally does, not bad. When thier done beta testing will they readvertise thier new numbers higher? will they offer more power to you as a HOT or what ever they might call it tune as ppe does. a buddy of mine in colorado has a 06 with just the ppe reg. tune like mine 6 spd. and did 503/ 989. No press. box no stack of any kind. Just a added holley blue and sb clutch. ppe numbers are supp. to be flywheel thus 215/325 ruffly should be 189.2/286 with a standard. that only 470 on the rollers, should be why more ??? Hes waiting on me to get my con fe in and dyno and hes going to guinee pig the hot tune of 325/470. And i think the HOT + is way more crazy than that! 4--/6--

he could achieve if he squirted a 100 or so. i had similar setup without injectors and i was just over 500.... his cps must be running pretty thin if its stock. if he's into the bottom end...i don't want to see his old motor...i know that feeling...

So what do all you guys think a my tiny little 57mm turbo would max out for HP? Never say never. I just got back from dynoing. I'll wait for a couple replies and then post my numbers.

I take it from your post that a Aurora 3000 is a 57mm, what mm is the stock charger on our 04.5? I know the factory turbine is a 9cm right but what about the compressor? Also like my 99 was a HX 35W - what do they call our factory turbo? 04.5

714 Hp!!
No way!
He needs more air and I see nothing about a modded cp3 or dual cp3s,.. a stock one with all those power adders will have him dry.
I believe the Compressor housing on the 04.5/05 is a 60mm.
