62/16-71 HTT turbo, have not seen that before

What is up with this turbo? I have seen the 62/12's and 62/14's. What is up with a 62/16?

You can get the HTT series in the stainless exhaust housings either 13 cm or 16 cm. I have the HTT 62/71/13ss. The 16 cm carries the same 71mm wheel but it just cools better but does offer more lag.

Well....I didn't do one part at a time so I couldn't really tell you. I put on my first turbo (HTB2), the manifold and the Arc Flow intake horn at the same time. What I can tell you now is that my HTT 62 spools like stock or faster and that's with stock TQ management. I can also tell you that I would be nervous to hang the SS turbo off of the stock manifold. The weight difference is incredible.

Yea, I think I am gonna get one (ATS exhaust manifold) just was curious of the results. I am perty close to stock spooling. When I pull heavy is when I would like for it to be better. We'll see.

It does not really cool better....it lowers drive pressure for BIG nitrous shots and will not overspeed so bad.

Oh really, on my truck with my box turned up all I can get it as far as EGT wise is to 1250-1300. With the factory turbo I could get to 1400 with ease. If I throw more fuel at it I would expect it to be higher but the Quad Std. box have always ran a little hot..... My boost pressure is only set to 40 PSI so I have more room to play.
