My project S10 truck has 406 axles and an EFI 454 That is a nice truck, functional, but I'm not so sure I agree with Boggers for snow/ice! It's a tank though, watch out!

especially since they stopped making them until they can figure out how to meet 07 emissions. they are having issues with cab to frame clearance and the DPF talking about getting back into production in 2010.

That is a sweet vid, there are a bunch more like that but even more impressive. The yellow truck is a 404, they are considered light duty and available with only a gas power plant, the 406 and 416's are diesels as well as the U1100 on up.
The 416 DOKA that I almost bought was yellow with dark grey bumpers fenders and frame. It had the 20 spd cascade gearbox, but no hydraulics and only one pto out the nose. With the 20 spd, I think they can be geared down to crawl somewhere at 1/2 mph or lower. This is all from memory when I was researching these trucks about 7 yrs ago, I don't have the exact #'s. One drawback to these rigs, they are beyond loud inside, even with some insulation. Sitting on top of the motor and trans doesn't help with that I guess
Dang I still want one of those monsters, I'm still obsessed
