50-75hp Timming/Duration Only Module..........Anyone make one?
Got a guy I know who is getting his 1st ever diesel truck and wants to add just a little power as soon as it gets in off the truck. He's really worried about warranty denial and doesn't want a whole lot of power till it gets out of warranty. So I said the best/safest thing would be a 50-75hp under-hood engine module that would only do timming/duration. But I can't think of one that does just that. I looked, and it seems all the small power adders are simple pressure boxes.

You could get a VA duration only box then do the cheap mods for timing.
Personally I would spend the cash on the tst with all the bells and whistles. He would get the boost/pryo gauges and could grow later on if he wanted to. Who doesn't want more? LOL

It's an over-stock '06 model. You gotta know this guy, he's honest with himself and knows if it's there he'll use it. Hence the "small" in the title. He's a drag racer at heart and is getting this to haul his stuff around. Says he's tired of the no-power of his 1/2 ton Chevy. Whats the power level of the VA duration only box?

TST makes a couple new powermax cr modules that are not adjustable and just have one preset power level. They might be just the ticket for you....they make an economy, 75hp and 95hp box....check them out:

The only thing I could get from their webpage was this quote

I sold it to father-in-law and he runs it on 60 all the time.
