37's with level

Hey guys I'm wondering I'm looking at the thuren control arms and they say you can run 37's I'm wondering is that with just a levelin kit? And has anyone done it and liked it what's the opnions here I'm thinking about lifting but I'm not completely sold on one yet. And have been thinking maybe just move up in tire size. So what is everyone's take on it and does anyone have pics of 37's with just a leveling kit?

Thanks
Chris

I'm pretty sure that you can only fit 35's with a leveling kit, 37's have to have some sort of lift.

I'm running 37's on my truck and without the small lift my tires would rub like crazy. I only know this bc my buddy had 35s with a leveling kit and they still rub a little. Unless your going to alter your wheel well it's best to get some kind of lift for that big of a tire.

Every truck is a little different. It's possible that you can clear the 37s with a 2 or 3 inch leveling kit and the control arms. Especially if you adjust the arms longer so the tires are further from the back of the wheel well. I can't remember if the thuren arms are adjustable or not though... But to answer your questions, I've seen 37s work fine with a leveling kit, and I've also seen them rub badly.

Not to mention that not all "37's" are 37 inches.

Thuren has a leveling coil available also. I'd email him about that and ask him if he thinks the tires will fit and if his arms will work with just a leveling kit. They may push the axle too far forward at that height.

You can run a 37" tire with 3" of lift but you have to pay close attention to wheel/tire specs. You will also need longer control arms and an adjustable track bar.

Whereabouts in MI are you?
