2nd gen turbo on 3rd gen

Found a great deal on a HTT SS turbo, but is second gen what needs to be done to get running on a 3rd?

My guess is you need the 2nd Gen exhaust manifold. But I am not certain at all so you can probably discredit this info.

You will need a second gen 24 valve manifold and oil drain tube from the 24 valve and then you will have to fab a intake and use a second gen hx-40 downpipe.

I thought all you'd have to do is re-clock the housing and mate up the downpipe.

We put my old SPS62 for a 3rd gen on a 2nd get with no problems.

If you wanted to keep your 3rd gen exhaust manifold, all you would need to do is clock the compressor housing and find an compressor elbow from a 2nd gen.
