I'll buy the wheels cause I like how they look so well. I have a friend that can powder coat the wheels for cheap if not free. Would it just be horrible to have those rims powdercoated black, or is it even possible?

Sorry, I get carried away. I've been trying to figure out this Corel Paint Shop program, and it's way cheaper to mod the truck that way! No problem. Anyone else got something they want to put on their rig let me know and I'll give it a try.
Im pretty sure they can be powdercoated, as to how long the finish will last is a whole nother' story. ???????????/

I think the powdercoated finish, if done right, would last longer than the chrome. I vote to PC them. Im not a fan of chrome and with your black bumpers, they would look even better.

chrome is easier to clean than polished aluminum. Ive owned lots of wheels and they are easy to clean. I have 20x8.5 wheels now and they dont punish the truck like the 20x10s did on my old trk. they would throw sand, grass, rain on the windows the hood and all down the side
