Okay you can call me dummy but I can't find the diagnostic port to the right of the steering column or anywhere else under there. None of the plugs match the end of Smarty's cable. Matter of fact there are only two cables to the right of column, one for brakes and one for skinny pedal.

Mine is slightly to the left of the steering column, will have to get on your knees and look up under the bottom panel to see it.

Good thing that plug didn't have teeth or it woulda bit my face off. Just to the left of the hood release right at the bottom of the panel.
I was looking where the Smarty manual stated "to the passenger side of the steering wheel, at the bottom of the dash panel near the floor."
