2006 turbo mod & electronic waste gate

How will I be able to upgrade to a new turbo with the electronic wastegate?? In the future I want to run a sps66 but I do not know what the heck I will do about the stock electronic wastegate. Are there any type of wastegate foolers on the market? Thanks for any help....-frank

Quadzilla is working on a Boost Fooler as I write this. Give them a call and see if it will do what you need.

The boost fooler is needed, but you will probably also need a "wastegate" fooler I presume. I would think that the turbo companies would be able to give you more info.

I'm in the process of installing a aurora 2000 on my 06 dodge. After talking with ATS about the electronic wastegate actuator, they said to just pull the sensor out of the stock turbo, plug in the wire harness and it will be fine. The computer only looks for a circuit connection, so no trouble codes will be set. We'll find out tomorrow how it works.

It works. Thats the way I have done it with all of my aftermarket turbos on my 2004.5.

II sent a plug that goes right in to the wireing where the wastegate actuator was and all is well with mine. cleaner than hooking the stock one back up because there is less wires to worry about.
