Are you wanting to know if chrystler rebuilds it would a converter and valve body be good enough. My answer is NO if your converter is slipping and fluid is burnt then i guarantee you all you bands and clutches are slapp worn out and burned up they will need to be replaced or the trans. will go out sooner then it did last time. If your asking if dodge will replace your oem parts if you buy aftermarket ones and them just do the labor i highly doubt it, they have to report to star and star will be a no go. I guess im not fully understanding what your asking. And if you do just the converter and valve body aftermarket your flexplate and input will hate you we have ripped flywheels apart with stock transmissions and an aftermarket converter and valve body will help you do it even faster with firmer shifts and no slipping in the driveline.

I had the service advisor at a chevy dealership hook me up with some parts going into the transmission on my Camaro. I had to pay the transmission tech some cash on the side for him to install the converter and shift kit for me.
X2, I was just trolling through but didn't want to ask .
