2003 TD Water pump styles
Two types of water pumps for the 2003 RAM 2500 TD HO showing. Need to know which one is original and/or better.
Dealership says there are shrouded and unshrouded water pumps for this Cummins TD HO and now their books show them both referenced by the same number.
The difference? One has shrouded impeller vanes and the other has non-shrouded impeller vans.
MOPAR website says the types changed in 2002 but not from which type to which type.
Help?
