Yes, but it's not the same.

I have lexan over my radiator and it makes no difference. My truck idled 12 minutes last night at 20 degrees out, and when I got in the Outlook monitor said it was 97 degree coolant. Drove it three miles and parked at daycare and the coolant was 150. Went inside, got the kid, came back out and it was 135 and on high idle. What gives?

 

CompuStar. Love mine, when we go to the bar to hang out I will turn the truck on for 3-5 minutes a couple of times, keeps the coolant warm. When we leave its nice and toasty.

 

Got one...Compustar 2W9000FMR with 1mile range and LCD feedback. Works great to start the truck. Been on the same battery for months now.

Now if I could just get it to make some heat in the cab...
