2" lift for 6x2 04 dually

I have looked for a 2" lift kit for the 04 6x2 dually, haven't had any luck, does any one have one on their 04?

Check with members EB290 or ASHNBAK. EB has a 2" lift and ASHNBAK as a 1.5" lift on 2wd duallies.
