100 or 140 Quad

I have finally decided to go with the Quadzilla Box but can not decide which. I have looked at the Quadzilla web site for dyno info but the graphs can not be readable. I have called the twice for dyno info with no response. Does anyone have dyno graphs for the 100 and 140 boxes for on an 03 HO or information that will help me decide. I would like one that would help the MPG while giving me more power whether towing or not. I do not what any trans issues either. I Like the adjustability of these two so I don't what the tow module. Quad if you are reading please help.

I am very happy with the 140 (actually for my 05 truck its claimed 130) box for my truck. 60 is just right for seat of the pants and i suspect towing while keeping temps in check, and 100 has been found to offer great performance and mileage. 140 is awsome but i need a few mods like intake and muffler for a better increase. no codes and no more than the occasional puff of smoke i would get from original.

got the 100

Here is my take: 30 hp feels like I thought stock should--a little more responsive. I drive around on 60 hp and have seen close to 3 mpg gain. I have also done some light 4k lb towing on 60 hp. As for 100 hp, you can really feel it...and it feels good!!! Not sure I could handle/need 140 hp.

I have had both the 100 and 140 box. Get the 140 so you have some room to 'grow into' if you choose to. Once you are used to the power, you will never run the 30hp setting.

On edit:

My last tank improved 2 mpg (hand calculated) with this box running the 60 hp setting driving easy not hammering on it ...by the way this requires extreme discipline and restraint keeping your foot out of it.

Get the race box

I was in the same boat as you and Kyle the guy I bought my race box from talked me into the race and I'm glad he did. I have not found any mpg gain in mine and I have run 2 tanks through on 60 and 100. But my mileage is already very good. I'm running 22-23 back and forth to work. On the highway mine is around 20.5 to 21. I do love the power of both 60 and 100 hp settings. I have installed my guages yet so I haven't used the 130 hp setting yet. I have noticed the my overhead mpg is now about 1 1/2 mpg high, where before the box it was usually within .2 of hand calculated. I have documented my mileage by hand and by overhead since new and since winter broke I have been over 20 consistantly. I would get the race even though you might not be racing.

Get the race quad I love mine it is one bad puppy now. I have even herd on this forum the race box gives you more low end grunt when pulling than the standard boxs does. I have towed a 12000 5th wheel on the 100 mode and the egt never got above 1300 and that was coming up about a 5% grade in overdrive. When my truck was stock same hill with only 8500 5th wheel I came up it in 5th gear wot at 70mph. I really like my race box it is one towing machine

My mileage is up and down each week. Two weeks ago I only got 14 mpg and then this past week I got 15.7 with running back and forth between stock and the 60hp setting. It really depends on how you drive. I get 16 mpg with the box turned off so I'm OK with the number from this past week.....

Well after all the great feedback from everyone I just bought the race box. Does anyone know a way to run this w/ the Outlook monitor? I was about to take out my A-pillar gauges but now I might not be.

My Quad XZillaraider box did not make much smoke. The box worked great. Driveability in all levels was pretty smooth. It did push boost a little high for stock turbo, but that is foot controlled.
