03 ctd can,t make over 28 psi boost!!!
gotta update my sig but i bought the edge with attitude and for some reason i cannot make more than 28 psi boost. i did install the boost elbow and the most boost i make is 28psi. any idea's please.
I did tighten my connections and i do notice a whine from the turbo side other than the turbo itself.

Have you checked the defuel settings for the boost? I don't have my instructions handy but if I remember you can set the max pressures before it will defuel. Default was 36 on mine but maybe yours is set different...

I have hit 32lbs in my 03 during a hard run on the highway. I went all out. It usually hits around 25 or so when I get on it.....I wanna hit the highway and really drop the hammer again and see if I can get over 30.

How did you manage that,, I have used both my bullydog and my edge and I cant hit much over 30 and it allways drops down to 28. I have checked all my settings in my attitude,,all maxed out

I have just the opposite problem with my 05.
I put the juice w/attitude on it and on level 2 or higher the boost goes high enough to defuel. I have raised the pressure setting to 39lbs and now it just waits a bit longer to defuel

I'm seeing 31-32 w/ no elbow mods, w/ smarty on 5 or 7. With Banks on level 6 and smarty on 1, i see 30-31 w/ a much stronger pull. I cant bring myself to turning them both up, even w/ my new tranny. The smarty is too crazy on the low end.

My stock turbo with the Banks six gun has to be in the low 40's, I can twist my 35 Lb. gauge easily past the numbers and point it straight at the floor and keep it there.

Those of you with the 600 series don't count. Your turbo should go to 35 easy, ours is a different story. With Quad mine goes to 31 and I think I saw a 32 once. But I also don't get on it hard very often.
