I can't get over 24 psi even with the quad box unless I clamp the waste gate hose. Even then I can only get up to about 28 psi. That said, it's over 6000 feet here in the Springs, so if you are lower you should be able to run more boost. Only solution that I can find is a bigger turbo!

My 03 did 24psi stock.
Quad race would get it to 26, 28, and 32psi on the 60, 100, 140 settings.
BDDL max boost was 26psi on extreme.
TST with the boost elbow would get up to about 35, as hard as I wanted to push the stock turbo.

Please explain what you mean by "clamping the wastegate hose"
