Can someone give me the stock boost presure on a 03 ?

I cannot speak for the 03, but I can tell you that I have pegged out a 30 Psig gauge on my 06, and did not have my foot into the injectors all the way about 23-2400 RPM's.

I can't get over 24 psi even with the quad box unless I clamp the waste gate hose. Even then I can only get up to about 28 psi. That said, it's over 6000 feet here in the Springs, so if you are lower you should be able to run more boost. Only solution that I can find is a bigger turbo!

Oh yeah - 2004.5+ have a slightly bigger turbo...

JD2015 what kind of guage are you running is it electrical or mechanical

my 04 will spike to a max of 30 lbs

mine will peg the 35 psi gauge with the tow module on 50hp and the tst any higher than 2-3

My 03 did 24psi stock.

Quad race would get it to 26, 28, and 32psi on the 60, 100, 140 settings.

BDDL max boost was 26psi on extreme.

TST with the boost elbow would get up to about 35, as hard as I wanted to push the stock turbo.

Mine maxes around 25-26psi. Only mod is straight pipe.

If I remember it was like 25psi. But I have had my PMCR on 4/4 for 60,000 miles now and cant quite remember.

Stock I spiked at about 25-26, with the quad box I spike 28-30. Hard to look when you are trying to pass someone in the hills.

i can hit 42 with quad race box on all levels exept off, with quad off i can hit 35 np
