I am about to pull my engine for excessive blow-by and oil consumption. Is it worth a cam swap to get rid of 3rd inj cycle? Or leave it alone?

The third injection is controlled by the coumputer program if you run a smarty it will do away with the third event. A different cam will do away with in cylinder egr. If I'm wrong someone chime in and correct me
