Gates makes a TRUE fuel submersible fuel line...problem is it only comes in 3/8" I know the AD100 and raptor100/150 can run on 3/8"....but I feel like the 150 should be 1/2"....yes you could run it like that...but I would be a little worried about the small line being hard on the pump??
Anthony thoughts????

All is correct except the part about the Raptor 150. They like the AirDog, also call for a 1/2" suction tube. Both the AirDog and Raptor utilize the same motors that flow the same amount of fuel. With running a 3/8'' tube will cause the pump to run much harder with the more restriction it has and will cut your volume. Not letting the pump run to its full potential. Then leading to pump problems in the long run which we will not warranty if the unit was not used with the 1/2" tube. I appreciate all you guys looking for cures to these problems of low fuel on the bigger pumps. We are also doing the same and hope to have something available soon.

Sure, makes sense, give it a try!
If the Walbro only needs 3/8" line to begin with it shouldn't be that bad, just the 1/4" restriction at the 90º bend at the top of the canister.
There's lotsa threads on here where people modded their canisters lotsa different ways. *****'s was a great help when I did mine and Charlie helped out too.

take me off that list...picked up a liberty canister in only 4 days from www.jeepoemparts.com for $72 plus $10 shipping which ended up being FedEx overnight! I'm going to mod it up and get it in the truck as soon as I can burn 30+ gallons of diesel out of the tank

Well I dont know who decided to tell people this but, yes I did here of people from here saying that. So I got it straightened out. You MUST run a 1/2'' suction tube with ANY 150 unit from our company. As well with ANY truck that has an in tank pump. Someone from here pulled it out of their rear and began saying this without asking. I apologize for anyone that was misled. 53 ****** is correct.
