P 2609 on an 08'

Afternoon guys, I havent been here for a bit, picked up an 08 and I like it, but it has a P2609~ heater circuit basically, where can I find some information? Did a search and I must be missing something, nothing comes up?

bad battery connections can set this code. Check for corrosion at the fusible link wire connections right side battery. Check for tight connections at the heater relay. Key on check voltage at the heater grid terminal. Intake should get warm to touch after heater has cycled on. If high mileage vehicle the heater grid could be completely sooted up causing air intake restriction at the heater grid.

I'll check to see the connections are clean.
Can I assume battery voltage at the connector?
Can I find a method for cleaning the heater grid here? I don't see one?
