My new '08 finally arrived(pics)

Well, she showed up last week. Everything's right and the deal went smoothly. Only issue I noticed is the RPM's drop to 500 when you put it in reverse(6spd auto). RPM's stay at 700 in all other gears. Anybody have this problem???

Nice rig. I just got my '08 last week too and my trans does the same in reverse. I've heard the same from other owners as well.

Did yours come with an ibutton zip tied to the key ring?

I love my truck even though it clunks a bit harder than I think it should when I shift out of drive into neutral or reverse.....
Nice truck BTW. I prefer a long bed but I decided to get the ManVan this time. I can always get it stretched if I decide I need the extra bed space.....

I don't think so, John. What's an ibutton?

Thanks for all the kind words, guys. Since I took these pictures last week I've already bought and installed the Mopar rear wheel well liners(something it should have come with anyway). Really cleans up the looks of the truck. Highly recommended.

look at the front end, if your truck is fairly new it should have the 1 very big Tie Rod connecting the two spindles, they changed it on the later 08's, Snap a picture for everybody to see. its about time they changed it.

I'm beginning to see more & more RAM's being ordered with the bucket seat option. I love my bucket seats and it was well worth the wait !
