When I started driving the truck to the dealer the overhead said 'Cat Stat 100%'. A mile or so down the highway and it dropped to 90%. After 25 miles it was down to 30%. All I did was let it sit overnight after my trip.

The service guys checked out the codes and it seems like it started the regen cycle. So they drove it 30 more miles and finished the regen. So now it's running fine with no warnings showing up. Will see if it starts to plug up again without the regen starting. Nobody knows what is going to happen!

Wish they could have got my speedometer closer when they reprogrammed it!! I hate not having my speedo accurate.

My truck had to be driven these miles because the passive regen is not working right. Normally as you drive it will do a passive regen, so you won't ever see the 100% Cat problem.

My truck is having problems, so this is NOT a normal situation with the 6.7.

I realize your truck has a problem I was just poking a little fun at the EPA not you...Like the ULSD debate, it's supposed to be cleaner but you lose mpg's there-fore burning more fuel.
