Highest mileage 6.7 out there with the emissions intact?

Highest mileage 6.7 out there with the emissions intact?
I was wondering with the exhaust side being so choked off with bluetec stuff will this affect the longevity of the engine. You guys that drive lots of miles how is it holding up for you?

I have 110 000 km not that much. The only problem I have had is in the winter with dpf full when plowing snow. It is to cold for it to work right and the truck is pretty much at idle when pushing snow. The dpf will not make it another winter lol.
