Can't find source of oil leak on 07 6.7
I've got a stock 2007 CTD 2500 MegaCab, about 11,000 miles on it. Last in the dealer for a turbo replacement maybe about 2,000 miles ago. When I brought the truck home, I disconnected the EGR wire and have been running it like that ever since with good results.
Recently I noticed an oil leak on the floor of my garage (yep, it fits in my garage). The leak is two drops, about the size of a dime each, center on the truck, just ahead of the front wheels.
I've crawled under the truck a few times, and just can't find the source of the leak. It is definately oil.
Anyone have any ideas?

Since they just replaced turbo it could be oil return from turbo leaking or oil pressure line to turbo. Since it is just a drop I would think return line leaking more likely. Stop by dealership and tell them you have engine oil leak and you want dye added to oil. This way when they check it with black light you can be sure they fix your leak.

check your power steering hose under the power steering pump. My 2008 3500 power steering hose under the pump is starting to seep, its not dripping yet but its getting ready too.

As I'm seriously contemplating trading my totally trouble free Hemi powered Ram for my 5th Cummins powered Ram, this reminds me of a question I've had. Can the crank case vent tube be re-routed to the ground like it should be or is crank case pressure also monitored now? Oil vapor in the intake can't be a good thing.

My truck had an oil leak from day one that the original dealer couldn't fix right. I finally found a dealer in FL that found it was a bad engine front oil seal. It was replaced properly and has been fine since.

The blocks are very thin on the these diesel and a porous block can cause a leak. I had one that drove me finally added dye to oil and found oil leaking from block by turbo drain. Replace block under warranty.

Mine had a mystery oil leak, dealer thought it was the rear seal, and were ready to replace it, when 'i found that it was really the O ring on the oil fill cap. Oil was running back on valve cover and dripping off the back of the block. Simple O ring replacement fited it.

My crank tube vents to the atmosphere...I got rid of the entire plumbing for the factory air intake and thats when I ditched the return to the turbo...what a mess with all this stuff running back through the motor...However, once it gets the surgery things do clean up better.

I went crawling under the truck this past weekend, even had my 6 year old daughter (who thinks she is a wrench head) under there looking. Neither of us could find the source.
Then I spent about 20 minutes telling her what that was, and that, and that.
I hate to do it, but I'm going to have to plug the EGR back in, run it enough to clear the code, then take it in to the dealer. I'm guessing it is something to do with the turbo replacement, since it wasn't there before.

Have you checked the oil line that goes to the turbo? What about the oil return line under the turbo? These have gaskets that can be torn when you are switching turbos and may cause the oil leak you are experiencing....
