04.5 with error code P0234 Turbocharger Over-boost Condition how to fix?

04.5 with error code P0234 Turbocharger Over-boost Condition how to fix?
Hello 
all im new here, but I have a 04.5 with 325/600 cummins, w/ NV5600 6spd, I have added a few extras to it, I got almost 94000 mile on it, and recently I have lost bost prseure to less then 20 psi, and I am getting a error code P0234 Turbocharger Over-boost Condition, I need to know how to fix this. In the next few weeks. I already have a new BD single B turbo, waiting to go on, and I have been speaking to madhat, and I am getting rid of the Banks 6 Gun, I got now and replacing it with a SMARTY, stacked on top of either a MP-8 or a TST, and im going to put in a Airdog II Demand 165 GPH FASS system, in with the SAMRTY, and the other controler. But im concerned about this error code P0234, wanting to know if there is another problem brewing. I love this truck, its been bullet proof, and is still a H**L of a lot better than my previous 2000 Power Junk. any thoughts about what I can do to fix this problem..... THANKS Also FYI, I have grew up in a family of DODGE Diesle people, my uncle has a 89 Ram with the Cummins that has over 500,000 miles on it, and 2 92 Rams Cummins 1 with with 430,000, and the other with 385,000 miles, and neither of theses trucks has ever, had any engine problems, they run every day, and are worked hard. I am looking to do the same with my 04.5 and run it till, it can run no more lol lol.

Personally, I would ignore it and see if it comes back..... I had that code go a few times in a short time frame and then it just went away... havnt seen it in 10k. just my .02

But im concerned this error code has been on for about 2 months now, and i have lost boost presure, also the throtle is some what sluggish. And im hoping to have the new turbo, and FASS system, with the Smarty, instaled with in the next couple of weeks, and just want to make sure there is not some other problem, that I need to fix asap, or else.... I am actuall concidering taking the truck to a local diesel repair shop to see about, maybee having themm take a look at it... Im just a little worried
