You sure about all of them being made in Fenton, Missouri?

what type of failure????? engine, suspension, drivetrain? Cummins builds engines in mexico and the us. I had a factory reman 6bta5.9t 300 hp from mexico put in my boat and the head wasn't torque'd down ... musta been right before siesta time.
My 2006 leaks diesel all over the place ... from the fuel tank drain, from the water-in-fuel sensor on the fuel filter ... christ my driveway looks like a truck stop.

I don't know if those are common on the 06's . . . mine doesn't. Course I only have 3500 on mine even though I've owned it for six months. Mine's not leaking anything yet. My 01, however, was always leaking a bit of oil on the driveway. Had to get a drip pan for that hog. Lost the breather tube and never replaced it, but washed the front of the engine every couple months!

Checked the sticker . . . doesn't say where it was made, specifically. What it does say is that it was manufactured in 03/06 and at the bottom it say "Made In The United States" . . . so I'm guessing Fenton? Anyhow, figured it was a little odd that it was manufactered in 3/06 and I bought it 3/06. I didn't order it, must have been a quick ship.

Don't make me laugh. Where are you from in St. Louis? Most all of my family is from St. Louis (Festus area). My sister lives in O'Fallon. Fiance's dad worked at the Fenton plant as an inspector for 35+ years (not all as an inspector I'm sure). Hope that if you're deer hunting around St. Louis that you go a few counties north instead of a few counties south . . . kind of like the difference of having a few thousand dollars and a few million dollars! And don't give me that crap about the #1 non-typical in the nation being from St. Louis county - it got hit by a train and was found dead so that doesn't count!

Bubba,
Good luck this year. Bow season isn't but a few weeks away . . . can't wait. Grew in Jefferson City and didn't quite a bit of hunting in and around Columbia as well. There are some good deer in Boone county. Shoot straight.

The bottom left portion of the window sticker is where you will find the location of assembly. Look just above the bar code and VIN. Also, on your driver door window is a decal from the Fenton Plant if it was made in the US.
