If you have a 2wd truck, you end up changin out the WHOLE hub assembly not just some bearings.
Mine on my dually ran $264 a side, but I found a good used one in Sacramento for $125.00
I was really pi$$ed that I couldn't just do bearings like I've done in every other truck I've owned.

If one is bad i would bet the other is on its way out too. They are hard to remove without the right tools. Really wet them down with penatrating fluid we used a air hammer to rotate the hub to loosin it, you can also apply pressure on the rear of the hub but don't go to high on pressure you can bend parts.

Expect to pay between $200 to $500 per bearing units. For just the bearings themselves. E-bay tends to be the best when it comes to price. I also do searches using google and amazon shopping etc... You can also try the parts stores on-line web sites. Otherwise, find a local bearing supplier. They tend to be lower than both the dealers and parts stores.
