I have seen 32 lbs, bone stock. Very easy to achieve.

 

stock its usually around 32-33 psi before the wastegate settles it out to 30psi

Modified I can see over 45psi if I want

 

Is there any way to increase boost without motor defueling itself, I know get an edge, but is there any other way?

 

If you want to get some more boost on your motor....you may look into buying a boost elbow from someone like Piers.

You will need to address the over boost defuel issue tho, which is where you need to get into the electronics of the system.

I see you have a Predator on your truck, does it tie into the MAP sensor, or just the fuel pressure sensor? If it does tie into the MAP sensor they may already be limiting the boost the ECU sees. So all you will need is a boost elbow....kind of suprised there kit does not come with one.
