I think you transposed your numbers the 7 micron Fleetguard filter is FS19856 not FS19865.

Why not use the Baldwin PF7977 fuel filter as its a 5 micron and has more dirt holding capacity then a Fleetguard.

What's Fleetguard # for 7 micron filter?

I just go to Cummins and buy (by the case) the replacement 7 micron fuel filter elements. There's no other name on them other than Cummins. They're between $11.95 and $13.95 each depending on which Cummins shop you visit.

Yeah.. DON'T RUN IT!!!... That filter is 10 microns nominal (50% efficient).. OE specs 7 microns absolute (98.7% efficient).

There are only two filters that meet OE spec, OE and the Baldwin PF7977.

I think you will be Ok for a few days until you get a better filter. Do you have a Cummins shop near by that you can call to see if they carry the Fleetguard Stratapore FS19856 Premium Fuel Filter as its a lot better then any Wix/Napa fuel filter. If no Cummins dealer is near by then go to Geno's garage on line at: http://www.genosgarage.com/ then on the link for Dodge Products.
