What temps do you see pulling?

i have to add my gauges yet but who knows maybe my pump (cp3) was weak the whole time causing high egts? or maybe my rail sensor was sending weird values to the ecm for my problem? who knows. I wonder if I should get them to reflash ecm since its their? they said theres some new updates for it like cold weather start issues etc......

I live in MT and pull a toy hauler at about 9k pounds maybe a tad more. I set my cruise on 70 MPH which is about 2k RPM and pull 7% grades all day long with no trouble in 6th gear. We climb out of the valley at 4500 feet and pull up to 9000 feet of elevation. We ride our toys to the high elevations from there. That's with 100 gallons of fresh water, 20 gallons of fuel in the fuel station, two quads in the garage or a Rhino in the garage and a quad in the bed of the truck, five people and all of their gear plus firewood, etc. There is something wrong with your truck. My FIL cannot even try to pull with me using his Duramax/Allison. He does ok on the flats with no wind but once we hit 7 and 9% grades it's bye bye. Most of the time I pull with the Juice on level 0 and just the EZ on level 1 dues to EGT's. Smarty will be the next purchase to bring the EGT's down and MPG up with some timing added to the mix. Everyone thinks I'm crazy but I like to see my EGT's under 1300 while towing hard.
