more and more codes
6000 miles more transmission problems
7000 miles more transmission troubles and engine surging
8000 miles transmission completely burned up
Next Dealership voided my WARRANTY for stupid reasons
Now got a piece of junk 06 with no warranty

I have 30K , and nothing so far.

i have 96k miles on my truck and at 93k miles replace the stock outer tie rod ends with greaseable Moog tie rod ends and at 95k miles replaced the hubs

I bought mine with 25k miles and I think the first owner had a habit of hitting reverse instead of 5th - rev synchro was ground to bits even the gear spurs. Dealer warranteed after MUCH MUCH fighting [verymad] . The diff is a little loose from running it low but is quiet so dealer won't fix. I will fix it myself when the time comes instead of taking time off 4 times to argue and threaten the ----ing dealers with getting a lawyer [yuk] Craig

31,000 miles - never been to the dealer since I drove it off the lot. Tank vent recall - fixed it myself. Recirc door broke - yanked it out myself and haven't looked back. Nothing else yet other than oil changes and goodies - hope it stays that way. I really really want to upgrade this lousy slushbox though. Anybody got any extra cash laying around? I seem to have misplaced mine.

Yeah someone left the back door open and when I wasnt looking it sucked all my cash out!!! So I am still looking for mine as well!!

What repairs have you done and how many miles do you have
 

I bought my 03 used at 51,000 miles & now have 126,200 miles. Repairs tires, brake pads f & r, replaced lift pump with a FASS. Ron

well i backed it into a gate @ about 1000 miles, replaced the bumper...:)

I took my truck in last Thursday and the dealership called me today saying the ring and pinon (rear) was bad. They'll have the truck to me this week.

So now that makes my repairs as follows:

-turbo (my fault I broke it)
-right mirror
-a/c low on freon (or whatever it takes)
-brakes needed in the near furture
-rear ring and pinon

So far I really like everything about this truck but sometimes wish it was an auto.

1 brake sensor,U-joints at 34,000 miles(i replaced them all with greseable ones) 55,000 on the OD now.[coffee]

2004.5 4WD LB, 135000 miles, 2 u-joints rear drive shaft, fuel level gauge sending unit.

passenger side window glass (rock hauler)
passenger side mirror glass (another rock hauler)
3rd set of rubbers - rock construction ent/exit

shocks - 75k +/-

all new panels on passenger side (special thanks to bambi's momma)try it again you wont get away
radio has started acting up - on most of the time but a few moments of silence
new rear bumper - illumination pole in parking lot (my fault but gave good reason to convince wife for rear replacement and still sold the rear to another guy who's was in worse shape.

90,000 miles now

new tranny at 58k
new axle u-joints at 90k
new upper and lower ball joints at 90k

97k miles

replaced both axel u-joints (only 1 bad)
new lift pump (original was getting weak)
mode door will not give me heat on the floor (probably will not fix as long as defrost and dash vents work)

I like my truck! :)
